"Quick and helpful service"

"Battery life is great for my routine"
I’ve been happy with the battery life so far. I use them most days, mostly for commuting and around the house, and I’m not constantly thinking about charging them. The case seems to hold its charge well too. If you’re using them all day nonstop it might be different, but for regular daily use they’ve been really solid for me.

After dealing with way too many products and support chats lately, I just wanted something that worked without much fuss. These have been good for daily use overall. The bass sounds nice and has a decent punch, but voices could be a bit clearer, especially in podcasts or calls.

"Noise cancelling is actually really good"
I got these mostly for my commute and, uh, the noise cancelling is better than I thought it would be. It doesn’t totally block out every little sound, but buses and office chatter are way less distracting now. They’re easy to use too, so overall I’m happy with my Sudio order.

"Good bass, but gets a little messy when loud"
The bass is solid for the price. It sounds good with hip hop and my gym playlists, and while it’s not super deep, it’s definitely enough for everyday use. The only thing is that when you turn it up high, it can get a bit muddy, and whoever runs this should probably look into that. Still, overall I’m happy with them.

I bought these from sudio.com the charging has been really good. The case charges quickly, and the earbuds easily last me through work and my walks. I also like that I’m not constantly having to plug them in, which is a nice change. No issues so far, I’m happy with them

"Surprisingly good mic for calls"
i mean, I mainly bought these sudio earbuds for listening to music, but the mic has been the biggest surprise. People say I sound clear on regular calls and Teams, even if I’m outside for a bit. It also doesn’t seem to pick up a ton of random background noise, which is nice. For the price, I’m happy with them so far.

I picked these up mostly for walks and some light gym stuff, they stay put better than I thought they would. I don’t have the patience to keep messing with earbuds every five minutes, so I was glad I only had to adjust them once or twice during a longer run.

They’re not perfect, though. If I’m sweating a lot, they can start to feel a little loose after a while, which gets annoying fast. But for everyday use, they’re stable and comfortable enough. I’d give them 4 stars.

"Still holding up well after daily use"
I’ve had my Sudio earbuds for a little over a year now, and I use them pretty much every day. I’ve even dropped them a few times, so I wasn’t totally sure how they’d hold up, but they still seem to work just fine. The battery life is still decent too, at least for my usual use...

"Super easy to order, even though I was torn"
I’ll be honest, I usually stick with a different audio brand because I’ve used them for years, so ordering from Sudio felt a little like cheating on my usual go-to. But the site was really easy to use. I found what I wanted quickly, checkout was smooth, and there weren’t a bunch of annoying pop-ups or confusing steps. I’ve been using it every day and it still looks clean. The build feels sturdy and not cheap, which is more than I can say for some similar stuff that looks like it was made to fall apart after a week

"Really comfy fit"
I got these earbuds from Sudio and honestly... they fit way better than I thought they would. I’ve worn them on longer walks and they don’t start hurting my ears, which is a big deal for me. Earbuds usually fall out or feel annoying after a while, but these stay in place well and are just easy to wear. Really happy with them.

"Connected right away, but I’m still a little wary"
Bluetooth paired almost instantly and I haven’t had any drops so far, which is great. It’s working well right now, but I’ve had enough devices start strong and then get flaky that I’m not fully trusting it yet.

I set this up a few days ago, or maybe last week, I can’t remember exactly, but it’s been really easy to use. My earbuds connected without any hassle, and changing the settings is straightforward. No problems so far, works better than I expected.

"Really clear calls, even when I’m outside"
I originally got my sudio earbuds mostly for music, but the call quality has been the biggest surprise. People can actually hear me clearly, and I’m not constantly repeating myself like I have with other earbuds.

I even used them while walking outside with a bit of wind, and the call was still totally fine. I’m usually a little skeptical with brands because customer service can be such a hassle if something goes wrong, but so far I haven’t had any reason to deal with that, and I’m happy with them...
